Disney 2026

Here is a reminder of the terms of commitment to come on our Disneyland trip.

• The trip will be 15th – 18th March 2026. We will not be able to accommodate any deviations from the package described.
• Accommodation will be for 3 nights only: 15th, 16th, 17th March. As the group is so large, we will now be split between Explorers Hotel and Dream Castle Hotel. Groups of 5 or 6 will automatically be assigned Explorers Hotel. Otherwise, there will be no choice of hotel possible, rooms will be assigned by the travel agent. For a reminder of prices, see your emails.
• 2 Day, 2 Park tickets will be included for 16th and 17th March. We will be required to rehearse onstage for a brief period on the morning of the 17th, and required at Stage Door shortly before the performance, but the rest of the day is yours.
• The price DOES NOT INCLUDE flights to or from Paris. Each family will arrange their own travel. If we gauge there is enough interest at a later date, our travel agent will be able to organise coach transport to/from the airports around Paris, at an extra cost.
• Rehearsals for the show will take place at Song&Dance Studios from 3-6pm for the following Sundays: 11th, 18th and 25th January 2026, 8th and 22nd February 2026, 1st and 8th March 2026. IT IS MANDATORY that EVERYONE commit to attending EVERY ONE of these rehearsals at this point. Rehearsals will be charged at the ‘additionalclass’ rate and will be separate to price of trip.
• All performers will provide their own costume, within guidelines given by Song&Dance.
• All performers attending agree to abide by the Song&Dance Code of Behaviour.
• The payment schedule will be as follows:
  • €50 per person NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due in the next week or two (we’ll send a link to pay as soon as rooms are confirmed)
  • 30% of total cost due 26th November 2025 (14 weeks pre-trip)
  • Balance due 30th January 2026 (6 weeks pre-trip)
