Pilates is for Everybody.

Song and Dance is delighted to host experienced and dedicated teacher Audrey Byrne (formerly of Studio 12 Pilates, Malahide) for two weekly morning classes in our beautiful Studio 1.

The mat-based classes are tailored to suit the needs of each participant.

What is Pilates? Pilates is a gentle form of exercise that aims to improve muscle strength and correct postural alignment. It’s ideal for athletes, active and sedentary lifestyles, post-surgery, injury recovery – basically, if you’ve got a body, you’ll get something out of attending a pilates class!

Wednesday   9.15-10.05am:   Pilates for Beginners/Improvers

Wednesday   10.30-11.20am:   Mother and Baby Pilates (Our studio has ample space to park your buggy!)

PLEASE NOTE: Pilates is on pause until indoor classes can resume.

Please bring your own mat.
