Ticket Policy
We do our best to start all performances on time. For the safety of our audience and performers, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management.
Song & Dance reserves the right to refuse admission.
Use of photographic and recording equipment is not permitted during performances.
Mobile phones and other recording and communication devices must be turned off in The Playhouse.
Ticketholders enter The Playhouse at their own risk and assume all responsibility for their property.
Children aged 3 and over must have a ticket. Children under 3 may sit on laps. Song & Dance requests parents make a note of any children under 3 in their party at the time of purchase.
All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where Song & Dance Stage School performances are concerned (i.e. where performers are exclusively minors and students of Song & Dance Stage School), tickets will only be available for family members/guests of these performers. Song & Dance reserves the right to clarify the connection of every ticket purchaser with a performer, and reserves the right to refund ticket sales where a relationship with a named performer cannot be established.
For certain events (where capacity is limited and there is a large number of performers, and to ensure every performer has the opportunity for an equal number of audience members in attendance to see them), Song & Dance may apply a restriction to the number of tickets available per purchase or per family or per performer. Song & Dance reserves the right to refund tickets purchased in contravention of these restrictions.
Where these restrictions are applied, Song&Dance will operate a Waiting List, and an initial deadline for purchase of allocated tickets. Initial ticket limit, deadline for purchase and access to the waiting list will be provided to all primary contacts when tickets are released. After the deadline, extra tickets will be allocated from the Waiting List.
